Early Bird Registration Fee is $75 per person through March 1st
Beginning March 2nd the Fee will be $85
You may pay the registration fee in one of three ways:
- Check
- Credit Card
- Purchase Order
If you will be paying for the conference with a Purchase Order, you will need your PO number in order to finalize your registration
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests need to be made by personally contacting Catherine Halliwell-Templin no later than April 2nd, 2013 at 5:00PM.
Requests made on or before April 2, 2013 will receive a full refund of their registration (minus a $25.00 administrative fee). Refunds will not be granted for cancellation requests made after April 2, 2013.(Substitutions of participants may be allowed). Registration closes Tuesday April 2nd |
